Very unusual embellished ethnic bottom piece helps make this so stunning. The vintage pieces on either side of the center is on hand painted leather. The top center piece is covered with freshwater pearls, rhinestones and a great vintage center. Should be in an art gallery or a museum unless you make it part of your wardrobe.
